All submissions to the Workplace Compliance Protection Program are retained indefinitely in accordance with DOWPA Record Retention Directive 7-C. Submissions do not guarantee investigation, action, or response. DOWPA reserves the right to share submission contents with any party it deems relevant, including but not limited to the subject of the report, their employer, and other federal agencies.
