DOWPA Leadership

Bob Slydell

Bob Slydell

Director of DOWPA

Robert K. Slydell was born in February 1942 to a family of Russian immigrants who were escaping the so-called evil of the Russian Communist Party. After arriving in America at the age of eight, Robert soon found that he was a voice of the people and proceeded to graduate from the University of Louisville with a B.A. in political science. Now, Bob is an "American" Republican politician and attorney serving this great country with his devout Christian faith and devotion to God and country.

Bob Slydell was able to avoid going to Vietnam after being diagnosed with "optic neuritis" and was deemed medically unfit for military service and was "honorably" discharged. Most people think it's because he's a little bitch and doesn't have the balls to go into combat for America. He's a lot like most American politicians... little bitches with no spine.

As the leader of DOWPA, Bob says that he loves to take bribes from corporate or private donors. It's one of the best perks of being a politician in America. As the leader of DOWPA, Bob's message is clear: DOWPA has a mission to enhance workplace morale, streamline operations, and ensure every task is performed with maximum efficiency and compliance.

We understand that change can be challenging, but rest assured, DOWPA is here to guide you through every step with detailed documentation and the latest procedural frameworks. Together, we can create a workplace that is completely profitable for all corporate leaders and executives so that the worker, you, can strive to achieve the maximum possible success.

Dom Portwood

Dom Portwood

CBFE Compliance Director

As Associate Director of Compliance & Procedural Efficiency, Dom Portwood is committed to ensuring that every policy, regulation, and obscure subsection of the employee handbook is enforced — whether it makes sense or not. With a keen eye for detail, Dom takes pride in maintaining workplace synergy through excessive documentation and strategically vague memos. Known for his ability to deliver bad news with a reassuring nod, Dom excels at making every directive sound like a gentle suggestion — until it isn't. His contributions to DOWPA include the Cubicle Air Quality Monitoring Initiative and the "Friendly" Reminder Email Policy, ensuring that employees always feel just enough pressure to comply.

Bill Lumbergh

Bill Lumbergh

Documentation Director

As Director of Documentation, Bill Lumbergh brings his signature level of enthusiasm and micromanagement to ensuring that every TPS report, memo, and compliance form is accounted for, preferably with the correct cover sheet. With years of experience in leadership, Bill specializes in optimizing workflows through bureaucracy, redundancies, and of course, mandatory Saturday meetings. Under his direction, DOWPA has pioneered such innovations as the Multi-Tiered Approval Process for Stapler Requests. While his door is always open (as long as you file a Meeting Initiation Request Form (MIR-9) in advance), employees are strongly encouraged to just go ahead and come in on Sunday, too. That'd be great.
